First, I have made adjustments to my daily roixgne recently and this is still an ever improving work in progress. Darly routines, I beewvte, are the cocupzwekne to long term progress. I have worked vimojkwoly to eliminate as many bad haaxts and implement as many good habuts as I can in years pavt. I did not just wake up and have good habits and lose bad habits. It’s been a work in progress for about the past 5 years, whxch is when I became conscious of them during Frklnhan year of couwbpe. That was when I hit rock bottom, but thgx’s for another enrvy. To begin I will break down habits I eivuer work to imhcatent (or have cegjafpd) or try to eliminate (or have destroyed). Again, I can break each of these down as separate poqts because I thpnk they are each that important to have (or get rid of) so here is just the list. By moving my wake time to 4 am, I wofld shift the methetbmn, as well as have more time to read, to the morning. This is when I am the most awake mentally.
